  • Yes, there will be stalls with a selection of food and drinks, including vegetarian options. With a "conference and exhibition ticket", which you as a speaker will receive from us and which you as an exhibitor and sponsor have included in certain numbers, you have free access to the exclusive catering area all day. You also have the option of booking catering for your other stand personnel as an additional option. Please get in touch with us.

  • Yes, all our visitors, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers may use our free W-LAN. You will receive the password for this directly on site.

  • Please note that Darmstadt has a large environmental zone in which only vehicles with a green sticker are allowed to drive. The Darmstadtium has an underground parking garage with 454 parking spaces (including disabled parking spaces). Entry is possible via Alexanderstraße or via the Schlossgarage/Karolinenplatz. The parking fee is € 2.60/60 min. or € 17.00/day. Further information can be obtained directly from the operator www.q-park.de. In addition, there are a further 2,000 parking spaces available to visitors in other underground car parks in the immediate vicinity. Most of them are connected to the Congress Center's underground car park.

  • Yes, there are e-charging stations in the underground parking garage. We recommend securing a station in good time.

  • You can find out how to get to Darmstadtium by train or plane at Arrival Darmstadtium.

  • Exhibitor stands and sponsor packages can also be booked in the ticket store.

  • Yes, during the booking process you have the opportunity to select your preferred seat. This is non-binding until the start of the event and may be subject to change in rare exceptional cases. You can see the stand areas still available with the corresponding stand numbers in our hall plan.

  • Yes, our trade fair partner is Isinger&Merz. You can find all information about your exhibition stand in our exhibition store (online from the beginning of March) or you can send an e-mail to info@im-messeshop.de.

  • The stand will be handed over on Tuesday from 09:00 to 13:00. During this time, the stand constructor will be on site to answer your questions, you can set up your exhibits, lay out materials and prepare your stand for the exhibition.

  • You will find all information on delivery in this information sheet.

  • Yes, you are welcome to send a few small parcels directly to the Darmstadtium. Please make sure that the parcel is clearly labeled with your company and, ideally, your stand number.

  • Yes, there are enough lounge areas in the exhibitor area to exchange ideas with colleagues "on neutral ground".

  • Yes, there is a guarded checkroom for your jackets, bags and suitcases.

  • Yes, all rooms are barrier-free. In 2023, the Darmstadtium was recertified as a barrier-free establishment in accordance with the nationwide "Travel for All" labeling system

  • No, unfortunately dogs are not allowed at the event.
